Cancellation of Scheduled Notary Appointment
If you need to cancel your scheduled notary appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a notice of cancellation, at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. If you cancel your scheduled appointment at least 24 in advance, you will receive a full refund of your pre-paid notary services. To cancel your appointment, call or text us at 866-744-2218. Cancellations made less than 24 hours of your scheduled notary appointment will incur a non-refundable, non-transferrable, non-negotiable fee of $25. This fee will be deducted from your pre-paid notary services.
No Shows
If you do not cancel your scheduled notary appointment and if you do not show up or are unavailable for the scheduled time, there will be a non-refundable, non-transferable, non-negotiable fee of $25. This fee will be deducted from your pre-paid notary services.
Refund Policy
Technical Issues or Service Interruptions
In the event that technical issues arise or service interruptions prevent the successful completion of your notary service, The Minor Solution will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly. If we are unable to resolve the issue and complete your notary service, a full refund will be provided.
Refunds
No refunds will be given, if you or other required signers fail to appear or present the necessary documents or identification to complete the notary service.
Refunds are not available nor considered for completed notary services.

If you believe that there has been an error in processing your payment, or if you have concerns regarding the amount charged, please contact us as soon as possible. info@theminorsolution.com
We reserve the right to modify or update our cancellation and refund policies, at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and all revisions will be effective immediately.
