What does a Notary Public do?
We are public servants commissioned by the state to prevent fraud, and act in the best interest of the public.

Will I need a witness?
It depends. Most legal documents will require witnesses to be present. Documents such as Power of Attorney, Wills, Trusts and Advanced Directives will require that a witness, aged 18 and over be present. *If you are unsure, contact us

What are your fees?
Fees are determined by several factors that include but are not limited to -the type of notarization, distance and method of travel, number of signatures to notarize, requested time frame, complexity of your request

What are acceptable forms of identification?
A current identification card or other document issued by the federal government or any state government that contains the photograph and signature of the bearer. Acceptable ID's include drivers license non drivers license ID U.S. military ID and permanent resident cards issued by the US citizenship and Immigration Services state issued ID and US passport. *NOTE: only US issued ID are acceptable forms current passports issued by a foreign government are only acceptable with respect to a deed or other instrument relating to a residential real estate transaction.

Are there documents that you can not notarize?
Birth certificates and death certificates, photographs, certified copies,documents that contain blanks, documents with names that do not match the ID
